    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms.
    • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
    • Conduct initial telephonic/HR screening interviews.
    • Coordinate candidate interviews with clients.
    • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
    • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
    • Assist the HR team in achieving daily hiring targets.
