Victro Kart is a fast-growing e-commerce platform transforming the way people shop online. We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. You will play a crucial role in turning data into insights that drive business decisions across marketing, operations, product, and customer experience.
Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover actionable insights that optimize sales, marketing, inventory, and customer experience.
Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance) to understand business needs and deliver data-driven recommendations.
Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to evaluate business strategies.
Identify trends, opportunities, and risks in sales, customer behavior, and operational processes.
Automate data pipelines and reporting processes for efficiency and scalability.
Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik).
Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
Knowledge of statistical methods and data modeling.
Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related role (e-commerce or retail industry experience is a plus).
Familiarity with e-commerce metrics such as conversion rate, customer lifetime value (CLV), retention, churn, acquisition cost, etc.
Experience with Python/R for data analysis is a plus.
Experience working with cloud data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake) is a plus.
