PropTech Operations Intern

Broklet is looking for a motivated Property Acquisition Intern to support the identification and onboarding of new properties and property owners. The intern will research local real estate opportunities, connect with potential property owners, collect property information and assist the team in expanding Broklet’s property network.

This internship provides practical exposure to property sourcing, owner communication, market research and real estate operations.

• Research residential and rental properties in target locations.
• Identify potential property owners and property opportunities.
• Contact property owners through appropriate communication channels.
• Collect and organize property details, pricing and availability information.
• Assist in onboarding suitable properties to the platform.
• Maintain accurate property and owner records.
• Conduct basic competitor and local market research.
• Coordinate with the internal team for property verification and listing updates.
• Track acquisition activities and prepare regular updates.
• Support other property sourcing activities as required.
