We’re looking for a smart, process-driven individual to manage and support customer enquiries related to water conservation. This is the first line of communication with industrial customers navigating water sustainability initiatives. The role offers learning and growth into full-scale role.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries across all sales channels through call and email
Understand customer context and respond with clarity
Understand and share Ira’s services, case studies
Work with field and senior sales for site surveys and meetings
Coordinate and follow-up with customers
Weekly sales reporting Skills
Confident communication
Hindi, English (Marathi preferred)
Comfortable speaking on phone, writing emails
