Famixo is looking for a curious and tech oriented AI Automation & Operations Intern to support the team in identifying repetitive business processes and building practical automation solutions using modern Artificial Intelligence (AI) and no code or low code tools.
The intern will work on real business workflows involving AI tools, automation platforms, APIs, data, communication processes and internal operations. This role is suitable for students and fresh graduates who want practical exposure to AI automation and understand how Artificial Intelligence can be applied to improve everyday business operations.
The internship will provide hands on experience in designing workflows, connecting different applications, testing AI powered processes, documenting solutions and identifying opportunities to reduce manual work.
• Identify repetitive manual tasks and evaluate opportunities for automation.
• Build and test AI powered workflows using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier and similar automation platforms.
• Work with Artificial Intelligence tools and APIs to automate business processes.
• Create workflows connecting forms, spreadsheets, email, databases and other business applications.
• Assist in developing AI agents and automated task handling systems.
• Use Large Language Models (LLMs) for content processing, information extraction, classification and business workflow automation.
• Configure and test API based integrations between different applications.
• Work with Google Sheets and other structured data sources for automated processing.
• Monitor automated workflows and troubleshoot failed or unexpected processes.
• Document automation workflows, processes and configuration steps.
• Research new AI tools and automation technologies that could improve business productivity.
• Collaborate with the team to understand operational requirements and convert them into practical automation solutions.
• Continuously test and improve existing workflows for accuracy, reliability and efficiency.
• Hands on experience working with Artificial Intelligence and business automation.
